Shipping policy

We prepare every order carefully and aim to get your Emotion Board to you as quickly as possible.

Order preparation

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Delivery within Europe usually takes approximately 4–5 business days after dispatch.

We currently deliver across Europe, excluding Russia and Belarus.

Depending on the destination, your order may be delivered by DHL, FedEx, UPS, DPD, or another suitable courier.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Orders delivered within the European Union should not incur additional customs charges.

For destinations outside the EU, local import duties, taxes, or handling fees may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
