How to Use It
One partner places one magnetic marker on an emotion and another on the response they would like. This gives the other partner a clear, simple way to understand what is happening and how they can respond.
Begin by looking through the emotions and partner actions together. The digital guidebook explains how to introduce the board, where to place it, and how to make it feel like a supportive tool rather than a test or obligation.
There is no fixed schedule. It can be used whenever one partner wants to communicate how they feel and what kind of response would help, whether that is every day or only when words are difficult.
